Although our cottages and tree houses are able to accommodate families, they are also particularly popular with couples throughout the year. So which will it be – a stay Cornflower Cottage , experience one of our Tree Houses or spend a long weekend by the railway! No matter if it’s for a special occasion or a short break, you’ll be surrounded by countryside and arrive back feeling relaxed and ready to go again!
Your Accommodation
Our award winning accommodation is the perfect place for couples; enjoy a meal outside your cottage, surrounded by countryside and birdsong, then soak all of your stresses and strains away in your own private hot tub before making your way to your sumptuous bed! Feeling more active? Take a dip in the swimming pool to make sure you’re ready for exploring and the day ahead!
Exploring the area
There’s something for everyone in the local area. The Exmoor National Park has an unlimited number of walking, cycling and adventure opportunities, whilst the Quantock Hills offer incredible views and fresh air. If you’re feeling adventurous then try your hand at some of the water sports on offer in the local area – there’s always the hot tub to warm you both up when you get back!
Days on the coast
The only choice to make is whether you head to the North or the South! Our central location means that both are within reach for a day trip – The rugged terrain around Exmoor offers spectacular walks and places such as The Valley of the Rocks that simply have to be on the bucket list, whilst the East Devon AONB is simply stunning!
