Exciting times ahead for us here at Lavender Hill Holidays! The iconic Flying Scotsman locomotive is set to return to the West Somerset Railway in June and July 2025!
The No 60103 Flying Scotsman will arrive in West Somerset near the end of June following agreement with the National Railway Museum and Northern Steam Operation. Flying Scotsman will run services between Bishops Lydeard and Minehead on June 28, 29, 30 and July 1, 2, 8, 9, 10, 11 and 12, with static displays of the locomotive available at Bishops Lydeard on June 26, 27 and July 3 – 7, 13 and 14.
