Newton Farm is full of character and very well suited to large families or groups. It offers generous space and a layout that allows everyone to be together without feeling crowded. Multiple living areas and a flexible bedroom arrangement makes it work particularly well for multi-generational stays. This is helped further by the inclusion of a downstairs bedroom and shower room.
A beautiful spacious kitchen-dining room naturally brings everyone together, with doors opening onto the patio mean the space works just as well in summer as it does in winter.
For relaxation, the farmhouse strikes a perfect balance between character and comfort. The main sitting room feels warm and inviting with its feature fireplace and cosy wood burner. The separate games room gives children and teenagers their own space, helping adults switch off properly.
The large garden is a real highlight. Children have plenty of room to play safely and dogs can enjoy the open space. Adults can make the most of the BBQ and hot tub for relaxed outdoor living. It’s a property that genuinely encourages time outdoors as well as in.
